I love A Night At The Opera and The Court Jester, but the single funniest thing I have ever seen in my 37 years is the opening animation to Robot Carnival, an animated Japanese movie. I can watch that ad nauseam and still die from laughing to much. My eyes turn into faucets, the back of my head hurts, snot runs down my nose, and my guts cramp so much from laughing that I have trouble breathing. I get this uncontrollable high-pitch keening laugh and I can't stop it once it starts. It's almost like a seizure!
Any Sex and the City episode, Seinfeld, the movie Saved and most Kevin Smith flicks, and this isn't a movie or tv show or whatever, but I snort when I laugh really hard, and Dan makes fun of me for it by imitating it and whenever he does that it makes me laugh even harder :-)
