Ummm, no. Luci Baines Johnson was a teenager when her father served as president. Susan Ford Vance Bales had her senior prom at the White House. Amy Carter Wentzel? She was very young when she walked next to her father in his inaugural parade. You're forgetting Chelsea Clinton? The Bush twins weren't exactly adults either. These children may not have been AS young as the Obama offspring, but they were still children.
I'm not looking at the veracity of the quote, nor am I quoting exactly what was said to break the news that Obama won, all I'm saying is that that is the saying going through my mind.

From what I know of the show (I have a little one here), Bob the Builder is a licensed general contractor, so his license covers all areas of the building trade (plumbing, electric, hvac, etc.).
By the way, my husband is a licensed electrician, that's how I know all this gobbledy gook, lol.
