Worlds greatest hot chocolate :D

Get 3/4 mug of milk, and add enough chocolate to fill up the mug. Use either Swiss, Belgian, or if you can't get those, Ghirardelli's or Cadbury's, but if you can, get hold of some proper Belgian 70% or more...

Pour the whole lot into a saucepan, and whisk while heating.

Then pour it back into the cup, sit back, and enjoy...

This is what cold nights are made for :D

i make a mean cup with hersey's coco, if i do say so. your's sound better though. i lament the fact that i was not born in europe. *le sigh* oh well, atleast i have NYC over here!
