And I make my kids eat bizarre food. No fast food. No processed or non-organic, etc. No soda. Yada yada. They'd be beaten up all through school if they weren't 10x as fit as everyone else in America (and coming from someone ready to beat the shit out of everyone else). So, I think they can hold their own.
