Sometimes, a stranger can leave an impression, even though you may never see them again. Have you met someone like that, and what impression did they leave?

A nurse I never saw again... She sparkled... And no, it wasn't the drugs :P

There have been a few people I met that left an impression although I never ran into them again. Not one instance stick out so much for a specific story this early in the AM for me but I am sure it has happened because as soon as I rad the question I thought to myself "Ya! Right on I know what ya mean!".

*hugs you*

I have had a few impressions from people I have never even met lately. Not so great ones. So I don't care to meet them lol.

Yeah, one in particular comes to mind :D He became more than a stranger but I haven't seen him in years - he made quite an impression on me and I still think about him a lot though.

Sadly no. I can assure you if I had, they wouldn't have remained a stranger. I would have been quite proactive in trying to bring them into my life and get to know them. Unfortunately, I don't know anyone in real life who "sparkles". I hope I meet someone like that at least once before I die.

Several times. Sometimes I've been that stranger, too, I think.

My impression: Catalysts appear in our lives at just the right time to keep the weaving of life in the correct pattern.

I've met several people like that, with both positive as well as negative first impressions.

When I was very young, like 16 young, my parents and I went to Las Vegas. I left my fiance, Charlie, behind. Of course, like a child, I wanted him there and played Miss Pouty and Emo the entire time. Plus, I Had to baysit 11 year old bro in Vegas while mom and dad gambled.

We went to Circus Circus and were stuck there for there hours. What do two kids do in the Adventure Dome at Circus Circus for three hours? Well, a man, boy, guy whatever about 6'5, pale as could be with dark black hair though I was just stunning. He swooped me up, took me to the face painting booth and had my face done up like The Crow. He proceeded to spend the evening soaking up all my attention and trying to hold my hand and all that jazz while little brother had to just follow behind.

He completley stunned me with his attention and affections.

Needless to say, Daddy was oober pissed. Especially at my face.

Many. There are strange souls we meet just for a day, who are just what we need at that moment in time and then they are gone forever.

My favorite was an old druid who did my I Ching on a strange afternoon.
