What was your favourite society or club when you were in school / college / university?

In school, it was the band (said in full Jake Blues voice), and in Uni it was the American Football Society (and team) :D

In high school it was definitely the Thespian Society. I really enjoyed the backstage work. I didn't really join any clubs in college.

The fact I loved the choirs I was in (both the standard choir and the 6 person chamber choir) was probably the only reason I survived school/college.

Other than that, my favourite club was the local library, lol.

i was pretty anti-club, anti-school, but i was in the choir and participated in some theatre productions.

It was in the seminary when I was 13 and a freshman. "The National Zit Club". I was its founder, newspaper publisher and head zit!

well i directed a couple of plays in high school (The Lottery and Vanities) and I performed in Bye Bye Birdie (which I hate) but most of my better theatre work was done outside of high school in either community or professional theatres. Oliver! was one of the better experiences I ever had, as was Evita, Where's Charley?, Brigadoon, etc. :D

In high school - literary magazine/environmental causes. Edit: Oh, and Concert Choir, but that actually counted as a class.

In college - table top role play.

In university - nothing. I was too stressed/busy keeping my grades impeccable for future graduate studies to do anything else.

The only organization I was ever involved with in school was the band - it was fun but I swear our band camps were nothing like the ones in American Pie. At least, no one ever told me about any kink going on *grin*

Ha ha to Donnick and Ayoub. EVERYONE almost didn't like me. I was very much the nerdy ugly duckling and I got dubbed a lesbian at the end of 8th grade that stuck throughout high school. I didn't date a single guy from my own school! Yes, I know, hard to believe given who my big sis is!
