*chuckles* My 8yo has always used the term "brown" too, and I can't make myself correct her. I think it's sweet.

I'm too tired to be curious, but if I had to choose one, it would be where I'm going to find 1) the time to provide feedback on these student papers, and 2) the money to pay for Carson's dress for her ring ceremony and the balance on the ring!

How long it's going to take to declare a winner for today's election. The Hubby and I were speculating how many court cases and recounts there's going to be.

it's not the brown thing that bothers, children are literal, no one's skin is really black. I remember doing it as a child & her peers do it too. what was bothersome was the tone of racism implied she had.

I'm curious as to what degree I am going to be screwed for the next four years.  That, of course, will depend on who wins this election.  I'm screwed either way, but the winner will determine how much anal lube will be used in the process.

What sudden inspiration makes cats suddenly go insane and run back and forth crying for no discernible reason. ::watching Davos fly between the Study and the bathroom::

Also, how the hell am I going to make my Chapter One work the way I want it to. (A semi-minor problem.)

What month will the Crash of '09 take place in? (It would help to know how much time I have to procrastinate on stocking up ahead of time, ya know?)
