Day 35

[ayoub]

Sitting at the side of the river
watching the water flow
waiting for something to come
and pull on the line I've set
Every now and then
something tickles the hook
but a tickle is not destiny
even if it brings a smile
So I sit on the riverbank
enjoying the sun on my face
waiting patiently
for something to come my way

Mine is usually a road, the journey of life, as opposed to a river...
