I would wish that everything she needed would happen. The list is long and so that is why I couldn't be specific. My mother is a good woman. Better with age actually and she has been through a lot in her life. I would want things to go right for her for a change.
I would wish that she be able to find and feel harmony in all that touches her life: health, love, prosperity, joy and anything else she may feel she's battling against.
I have two, both for friends who are dealing with severe health problems. One has breast cancer, and I'd wish for her to beat it and for her family to come out of the ordeal intact (she has two incredibly cool little girls). The other is for a very old friend who is undergoing brain surgery. I'd wish for it to work perfectly and have no adverse affects. She needs to regain her ability to drive and interpret sign language.
For my next door neighbor I would wish: A swimming pool that he has to put in my yard, complete with a suitcase full of cash that has a key that is attatched to a Metallica T-shirt that is exactly my size and that there is no way in Hell he would think about keeping, and incedently the suitcase goes with the shirt and he doesn't know about the money.
my friend rj to finally get some ass so he'll stop complaining about it. and for everyone to have a healthy body and mind, world peace, a chicken in every pot, ect.
I would wish for him to find a life partner that fit him like a glove, to have undying love and passion and happiness. To know that when it is his time to go, that he and she would die blissfully happy together.
This of course is a selfish wish, which probably automatically makes it null and avoid on the scale of wishes come true. *sigh*
