One of my faves that I've seen in code are the fuck me gently variants. I've seen "with a chainsaw" (Linux kernel source code) and "with a cactus" (forgot where).
Comments, when they're necessary, are a good place to vent :). In many cases (and this is more a Perl and Bash programmers opinion) comments are for the weak ;).
