What is one thing that you like the taste of that everyone else seems to hate?

Vietnamese ass-candy.

THere's a Vietnamese resteraunt that we go to en mass to once in a while to get Pho from that serves up this candy with the bill. Everyone swears it tastes like sweaty ass. I think it tastes alright. I don't think it tastes like ass at all. It's just a fucking candy!

Honest native vespuccian, "ass-candy" was not coined by me!

No. No it wasn't. But you are the rightful inheritor of the phrase. Few people have an ass worthy of fear. You have an ass that is the seismic equivalent of a butterfly flapping its wings in China! The next time the Golden Gate feels a tremor, we'll know your powers are truly ripening.

I dip my french fries in mayonnaise.

Raw oysters right out of the shell with lemon & tobasco (though it's not considered so strange to my friends who grew up with me in Apalachicola).

Wing sauce on my salads.

Dirty Martinis.

I realize that a lot of people out there probably do like this stuff, but no one I know around here does.

Wintergreen. I guess it just gets used to mask the flavor of toothpaste and medicine and other nasty things too much, because everyone I know loathes it. I love it. Whenever I get a bag of spice drops, I eat the white ones first, followed by the green, which are spearmint. I'm the only person I know who can even tell the difference between the two flavors, which I think is weird.
