Oh Hells yes. As a kid I called Kentucky Fried Chicken and asked if they had "good ol' Colonel Sanders in a bucket?" When they would say yes, I'd reply, "Well, you had better help him out before he gets mad."

OH gods yes... I used to do it a lot when I was like 12-14. One of my friends had this little gorilla toy that if you pushed a button would make the most outlandish noises that... I swear to god... sounded like one of the over-the-top porn stars having an orgasm. So we'd call up and start moaning and heavy breathing then push the button. [giggles]

Well, that and I'd call up boys I liked and hang up once I heard their voices. Thank goodness there wasn't caller ID back then. [laugh]

Yeah, when I was 10 I think. We did them alot then, before caller ID and the like. Now I'm the recipient of more than my fair share, due to the nature of my phone number. I consider it turn about.

LOL! Yes when I was 13. A bunch of friends I used to hang around with would. We dialed 666-6666 once and some guy answered and we screamed and hung up the phone! ROFLMAO!! Talk about silly child-like behaviour!

we used to call each other's desks at work to ask if the refrigerator was running. also, one time i called the president and told him there were weapons of mass destruction laying all over iraq. that one backfired.

Me and my friends use to although I'd be the one giving out the ideas and they'd be calling. I could never keep a straight face and I'd end up laughing.

Hm. What we use to do is dial random mobile numbers and if the number was valid and we managed to speak to someone, the girls would either pretend to be from a dating service. Talk dirty down the phone to someone. Someone would pretend to ask for a random name and if they said there was no one by that name living there, they would just act dumb and say "Oh, no we meant...." and use another name. Just keep babbling on until they hang up.
We also use to ring takeaway places and ask for free food.
Ring our parents up and say we're sick in school can they pick us up! - That was great if they fell for it, usually they can tell by your voice how young you are so it was hard to get that one to work.

Just silly stuff. Things that popped into your head at the time.
