The best way to start the day is to wake up to find it raining --- really hard. That way classes are cancelled and you get to sleep in!

If that doesn't happen, as per usual, then waking up with someone hugging you is always nice. My nephew, Enzo, wakes me up like that whenever he comes over. Morning hugs are like coffee substitutes.

Today? Waking up, realizing that the email I got last night accepting me into a comics anthology wasn't a dream, and sending off a reply saying yes, I'd love to sign on the dotted line. :D

I would wake up, slip on some slippers and a robe and head downstairs.I would prepare some strong black coffee while my girlfriend made pancakes and we would both sit down with the morning paper and listen to the dean blundell show (a local morning dj).

I guess I need my own place and my girlfriend to live with me for this to happen but it is nice to dream.

I also liked the first persons answer of winning the lottery the night before, I could do that one too.
