What is an obscure fact about you that I probably don't know?

Yes I know this is a distilled version of the meme that's going around... But you gotta let a playa play!

I suffer from a bad back caused by a fall onto concrete when I was pre-teen, I nearly broke my back and the fracture did not set correctly.

I have contacted MI5 and asked them to not give you that job because you know way too much about all of us already. :P
Just kidding. Any news about that by the way?

An obscure fact... Hmmm... My all time favorite actress is Whoopi Goldberg.

I love her. She's a multi talented woman and to me she's like the female Robin Williams, but without the drinking problem.

Too much blind devotion for me personally. It's akin to being preached to in order to have me convert/come back into the fold. It feels too much like assault.

Imagine working on your garden and you've finished and then washed up. You go back out to have your lemonade and enjoy your garden and you spot your neighbor working his garden. After hellos, you both discuss how good it is to work the earth. The discussion was good up until he insisted that you work your tomato bed more and tossed you an extra pair of dirty gloves, not caring that you just cleaned up and that you grow turnips and roses instead. After you've declined and tossed back his lent gloves, you go back inside, but the prick is now knocking on the door. What's worse is that he keeps the fucking television on the Gardening Channel 24-bloody-7 with the volume at 10.

I don't care that gospel music exists and is enjoyed, but I don't want to hear it unless it's only a small chunk, like in a movie. Any more than that and it makes me want to say "Fuck Jesus!" and I really don't want to say that because I've seen that there's a great deal of good within Christianity that's actually worthy of respect. It's like telling a good friend who doesn't know when to shut up to STFU about how bad the world is.

Don't feel bad - I have a discount store plastic lizard named Albert on mine.I've carried it with me through three or four country moves ever since I bought it in London in 1987.
I also have the teddy-bear my husband gave me in 1965 - our first Christmas together. He lives on the same couch that is Neri's bed and she often sleeps with her head on his leg.

[ponders] I don't think you know that before I discovered my modem, I was already in a sort of virtual community world: CB radio. My first handle, when I was 7, was "Huggy Bear". My parents were "Animal" and "Unicorn" and my sisters were "Pixie" and "Bruiser".

Obscure...

A song i requested on internet radio is playing right now. I've dedicated it to my best friend. I may tell her this weekend. ^_^

Obscurer...

I've spoken of vivid hallucinations i used to have as a kid. No one knows that i still have days when i don't know what's real or make believe. Voices, visions, and verisimilitudes. Feh.

Obscurest...

There are some things i know with no way of having known them before. It's the only reason i believe in past and parallel (and sometimes future!) lives.

For me numbers and letters/words are very easy to remember, but people, places, and events sometimes slip away for some reason. I can remember the apartment number of some guy I supposedly met years ago, but I will totally forget the guy and ever meeting him.
