A breakfast sandwich that I often make: Toasted multi grain bread, egg over easy, swiss cheese, bacon and spinach. Sooooo good.

PB and wildflower honey on some sort of whole grain bread (oatmeal is a good choice). Must be toasted and allowed to sit for a bit so the honey soaks into the bread. :)
