But I'm not and I like my Mom's tuna sandwiches. =)

PB and wildflower honey on some sort of whole grain bread (oatmeal is a good choice). Must be toasted and allowed to sit for a bit so the honey soaks into the bread. :)

Peanut butter and grape jelly. That's all I ate as a little girl. Though I do love a good grilled cheese. In fact today we are going to trudge through all this snow (we got inches of the wet stuff) and get the fixings for a craving I have. Bread, cheese, pepperoni, cheese and then the other slice of bread - grilled to perfection.

It is thusly so:

Plain bagel, cut in half and toasted
Cream cheese, room temperature
Smoked turkey, deli-sliced
Two squares of plastic-wrapped cheese
Small handful of doritos

Spread cream cheese on on both bagel halves. Put a slice of cheese on each. Top one half with turkey and then doritos. Take other half, gently place on top.... Then crush that mofo so the chips break. It might be best to wrap it up so you don't drop crumbs all over the place while partaking of the deliciosity of this sandwich. ^_^
