Have I understood this correctly. You are setting up pop-ups to appear on peoples computers at work giving them compliments? That would irritate the hell out of me. I hate pop-ups of any kind, even the ones that pop-up to give me interesting factiods when I haven't done anything with the program for a while and it's sat idle. I disable then as quickly as I can, otherwise I'd want to throw the computer out of the window.
You could always put a day in every once in a while with a sentence along the line of, "No compliment for you today! You didn't work your arse off hard enough, you lazy git!" LOL!
