Last week, I designed a training, seat of the pants style, on a mental health topic. The 30 people in the meeting were all engaged and participated. We went a half hour over and when we finished, they all clapped and were reluctant to leave.

And the week before, we orchestrated a ceremony at a hospital in a remote. Everything went really well.
