I hate introductions. How does one cram 40+ years into a single sentence or two?

I work at an international company, but that's only part of who I am. I work hard, play hard, and enjoy my life. I have a sense of humor and I like to use it. It's gotten me through life with my sanity intact.

I'm mostly friends only but have left a few posts open to expose a little of myself. If you're interested, add me. I'm out of town the next few days, but will catch up when I get back!

Eeeek! My friends list is almost unmanageably huge as it is, but I'm a sucker for FFs.

Hi, my name is Emily. I live in Virginia with my boyfriend & four cats. I work as a graphic designer and I love to write. My livejournal has some engaging philosophical musings, but it's mostly personal day-to-day news about my family and friends.

Some randomness about me:
* My current pop culture obsession is Sex and the City; I just recently began to appreciate the humor and boy-I-can-relate-to-thisness of the TV show and I can't wait to see the movie.
* I'm developing a tiiiiiny tea addiction; it's all I drink at work all day now. (Better than soda, though, right?)
* My current discipline is frequenting writer's forums and blogs to feed my creativity and keep me plugging away at my dream of someday being a published author.
* I think LOLcats are pure pixel-y brilliance.
* Last night, while discussing music with my boyfriend, I tapped into a deep vein of hate for Peter Frampton's "Baby I Love Your Way." Dunno why, I just think it's a dumb sappy song. Though I have to admit that I own several Celine Dion albums, so I'm not an equal-opportunity sap-hater.
* I drink my coffee with low-fat milk, no sugar. I usually order beer when I'm out with friends. I believe chocolate is God's special way of showing us humans that he/she/it loves us, and pizza is one of my best friends.

As for my journal...I must say I fully believe I have one of the most kick ass friends lists around. We have regularly posed questions...we all talk with each other and I can't tell you how many of them have all hijacked one another...really...it's not a friends list at all...it's a family.

I hate introductions but what the heck?

I am a full time college student (currently Master's in Counseling Psychology) who decided to go to law school (this fall)and in doing that am moving to Boston..very nervous but what is life if not an adventure?

I work full time (yep busy and I want to save the world!) for a domestic violence/rape crisis center. Volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and just in case that doesn't keep me busy enough I have huge extended family.

I am currently dating a guy met on LJ (be warned I babble about his awesomeness often).

Hi! Stumbled on over here from a post on my flist from mycala.

My name is Nicky. I am 31 and live in Minnesota. I am married for the 2nd time, and married just recently 2/28/08.
I work in a law firm by day and go to grad school by night. I am working towards my masters degree in education with an emphasis in Social Studies.

My journal is friends only but I love to met new people.

I enjoy a variety of things:
-watching movies
-reading
-playing video games
-taking belly dance classes (been taking them for a little over 2 years)
-learning new things and trying new things

I usually post once a day but sometimes it's every couple of days. I read my flist way to much during the day I suppose but when you are sitting in front a computer 8 hours a day and the work load may not be that heavy, why not?

I write about various things...day to day things, thoughts and feelings, school, work, movies I have watched,etc.
