However, i'd ask the devil for a light just to see if he can do any awesome pyrotechnics. :) (i may be thinking of demons, but drat it, the devil could do 'em better!)

God is wrathful and Lucifer is beautiful and vice versa. They are both the ultimates in the eyes of religions that acknowledge them. God could have destroyed Lucifer, but didn't. Why? Because God would never amputate a part of the Self.

Everything in the universe starts off in a dichotomous state. Why should God be any different?

But you base your arguement with a big presumption. Historically, dichotomy is one of many views. And speaking of 'many', I'd like to see you convince a pantheist of this. ;)

To god: Why did I have to suffer 2 miscarriages. Was there something wrong with the babies? Did I do something to deserve to go through the pain of the loses that would haunt for the few years following and forever leave a hole in my heart where the love for those two babies was.

To the devil? I am really not sure what i would ask.
