How recent? If you mean like last week, then I'd say not having any carbonated drinks or caffeine for a week now and doing qigong every day.

Well, let's see... I've yanked on a couple guys' chains, didn't write an all-important Last Letter, haven't done the dishes, went off my anti-diet diet, haven't been keeping up with the news, never finished my skirt (the panels are still laying unsewn!).......

Nothing to be proud of there.

But i quit drinking soda. :)

Managed to work a full time + job, move into a brand new home, and attend the Uni scoring an A- in spite of too much overload!

I seriously thought I would wind up with a much lower grade. The course was intense, required a great deal of writing, along with the development of a marketing plan that included four phases of development. I missed an A by 1.4 points but I'm pleased overall!

Today? I woke up before 8am.

Later today? I'm going to light a votive for a new friend.

Yesterday? I was a good Druid.

Past two weeks: I started learning to read music again from scratch... and I'm getting a whole new layer to it.

Soon: Survive the new and not-improved mid-Atlantic summer. Six months of sticky marsh heat along the tributaries of the Chesapeake Bay, temps now entering the triple digits in early June! Yargh.

When I was a kid, 98 degrees F. was considered breaking news. Ten years ago, 100+ was a rare event. Now, it's just normal to have a heat index of 105 or more. Anyone who tells me Global Warming is bullshit needs a lobotomy by way of a spiked kick to the head... or better yet, placement in a non-air conditioned, sealed, plastic chamber with Japanese Hornets.

I've managed to complete 10 weeks of an 18-week marathon training program:

So far it looks like I might just be able to complete this crazy idea until the SF marathon on August 3rd!

Not recently, but my biggest "proud" moment was the days my girls were born.

Then again, I made a nifty little brochure for my business, and that turned out okay.

Now..can I get some advice from you? Look at my website, and maybe give me some pointers?

Love you!!!

I'm proud of myself for sticking to my guns and not letting my husband move back in until he has proven he has changed. Loneliness sucks, but it's a helluva lot better than being angry all the damn time.

Um...
1)Stood up to a shit stirrer and got my relationship back on track.

2)Kept fighting for acknowledgment of my illness by the benefits agency - and won!

3)Managed to finish my course on time despite the M.E. Crazies and being 6 months behind.

Go Me...LOL
