I work at home; this is the order of my morning:

1. Wake up.
2. Turn on PC
3. Make coffee and breaky
4. Enjoy #3 whilst reading El-Jay

When I worked I always sat up my station and prepared for my shift.

At home, I clean up after breakfast and head to the computer to check email and such! :D

I dump everything at my desk, switch my computer on, whilst waiting for it to bring up the log in screen go and wash my mug and glass, put the kettle on and fill the glass with water.

I then log in and get on with the tedious process of updating the supplier stock feeds.

Turn my computer on, say morning to a oouple coworkers, get some coffee/or tea and then check email and then LJ...then start working.

the first thing i do when i get into work is to check the parking calendar to see who is going to park behind me. we have tandem parking. the first thing i do when i get to my desk is turn my computer on and log in.

I am pretty picky about my morning routine. I hate getting to the office and starting work immediately. I might finish my coffee or read a few pages of a book before I dive into my computer.
And even when I start up my comp, I look at LJ and facebook and personal email first.
For my current job, I then slowly start data-entry, because that is always my first task of the day.

Before work, it's always a bottled frappaccino and a good book :)

Depending on the day of the week, set a coffee on the desks of my three early starting colleagues (and my own), check the overnight fatality and incident reports, check the duty roster, then my email.

(Unless I'm on travel status and/or on a police boat, in which case "falling out of my bunk" is synonymous with "getting to work")

Punch in.
Put stuff away (locker/fridge).
Grab hand held computer.
Start scanning/unpacking boxes.

I get into the office, I clock in, log in to my PC and immediately load Outlook and check e-mail. I usually have Starbucks in hand, but if I don't, I pour a cup o' sludge after I clock in. What I do after that depends on what time of year it is, but I always log in to LobbyTools after checking email.

when I arrive I go to the kitchen and tell Miss Rocky "hi" and give her a hug and kiss on the cheek and then start to help with the kids. It's a great way to start the day!

Depends on if the boss is here/who else is working/week day or weekend. I usually come in, unlock the doors, turn on everything in the gallery, then get something done like stats or easy stuff...hope there isn't a tour at 10h30, and then just hang out until there is something to do. If there is an event, then it's straight to work!

hmmm, breakfast comes whenever my stomach is screaming at me. and i work at home. sooo... after waking up the first thing (okay, fine, after the morning pee...) is coffee. usually it's taken outside to enjoy the first few sips whilst sitting on the patio. scroll the crackberry to see what the day may look like, procrastinate about the shower, trip over fur kids doing the oh so very long commute across the house to my office. :D
