My busy but fun week! Getting together with friends for dinner later today, seeing one of my favorite performers at a club gig on Weds, and seeing my cousin and the AI show on Sat! Lots of good things happening this week!
I just called my Mom to tell her we´ll visit my parents next week Tuesday/Wednesday. I´m looking forward to it so much and I´m already so happy. And we got a new computer for my Dad because his is broken, he doesn´t have a clue though. I already imagine his face when we´ll arrive, and that makes me happy, too. :D
Right now is difficult cuz I'm in an awful mood. :( BUT, this is good for me to think of to try and lighten me up. At this moment I'm happy that I have hot coffee waiting for me in the kitchen when I want a refill.
Turning potential dramas into personal Shadow investigations, and then kicking ass!
Druid stuff - always.
Faire! Autumn!
Learning that "Merlin" ("Merlinus") was latinized from "Myrddin" by Geoffrey of Monmouth (c. 1090-1155 CE) because "Merthin" was too close to "merda/merde" (meaning: excrement). LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!
Aw, how beautiful it is when you´re missing someone but exactly that is able to make you happy in a way... just because it shows you how much you love the person... Your comment made me smile. :o)
finding myself again, taking control of my life and being positive...reconnecting with friends and family..and Freddy makes me giggle...not a bad life!
That I am lucky enough to have Brad in my life, he is unbelievably supportive and wants nothing but the best for us (and me). Also, that I will finally be married to this fella in a month :) And that we are going to Cancun on our honeymoon. Haha.
That I have a person in my life that truly cares for me, and makes me laugh 24/7. And for my son, who is taking his health issues one step at a time.. in the right direction.
That my son is happy and healthy, that I have some very wonderful people in my life, that I am loved and that I am finally feeling very good about my life. xo

I live in a house!!! And it's quiet and lovely!!!!! :D And I have a real job!! And my cat makes me laugh! And my kid makes me laugh even harder! And I am exercising again (even though I have to get up at 4:30 to do it)! And I am a great cook most days! And I love my back yard! And I live in a foreign country.

Date: 2008-08-26 01:12 pm (UTC)I realize that I don't leave a room or end a conversation with her without saying "I love you."
And I miss her when she's not there.
I miss her now.
This makes me happy.

I am happy to be in love with my best friend.
I am happy that I woke up this morning and wanted to face the day.
I am happy that there are so many things to keep me busy and useful.
There is more, but I could never pin it down to just one thing *grin*

Date: 2008-08-26 03:44 pm (UTC)My kids make me happy, Charlie has been making me happy, and I have always needed something else to make me happy other than me.
But the radiating happiness that is stowed secretly from the real world is knowing Raven may come to vacation with me in October...
