Occasionally there are pointless moments but nothing on a regular basis - I try to make everything count as much as possible.

Passing out rundowns to the show to the crew. I do everything I can to idiot proof them, making them clear and concise so that everybody knows what's going on. Then I still have to explain them, and I still get questions that can be answered by glancing at the piece of paper I handed them an hour ago.......*smacks forehead*
