I really like a lot about my current job, but probably my favorite job was when I was working in the infant room at a daycare a little over 10 years ago.

I had two jobs that I really enjoyed. Working at the Minnesota House of Representatives and then MLT Vacations. I liked the House of Reps job as it was in my area of study (Politics) and I liked MLT as I got really good prices on airlines tickets so I tried to travel as I much as I could

From 1998-2001 I was editorial assistant of a newspaper. I learned a lot about journalism from my now mentor, Les. It was the best time of my life and while I have left the field, I still talk to Les and find his counsel comforting. :)

Though many of the experiences I had there were negative, I'd have to say my job at the church - simply because I was regularly challenged to do things outside my comfort zone, and I did some incredible work. Plus, I made my own schedule and had the flexibility to be gone all day on a Tuesday and come in on a Saturday and never worry about vacation time. If I could find a job like that - where I'm challenged to be creative, where I get to help people in concrete ways nearly every single week and sometimes every single day - without the oppressive spiritual bullshit, I would be SO HAPPY.

They've all had their good points and bad - but I'd have to say my current position is my favourite - so far ;P

My favorite job has to be the time I spent as a temp in the Financial Aid department here at ASU. It was great! The second-in-command to the Director took a liking to me and took me on as an unofficial assistant. Actually, most of the office took a liking to me. I learned to do a lot of different things in the office and really enjoyed working there :D Even now thinking about my time there puts a smile on my face :D

I've pretty much liked most of the jobs I've had. I did temp work in factories, that was pretty fun. My job now is OK in spite of the drama. My favorite would have to be when I worked at this little gas station along the highway. It was kind of out in the middle of nowhere, and I was always there by myself with the exception of shift change. I closed the place down at night. My uncle lived just down the road from there, and he would come in and check on me. He would send his cute friends to come in and check on me too! LOL!!!

Freelance, even with the uncertainty, which means I'm living my favorite. Hm.
My other favorite was the summer job with my sister at a big factory, because we had many good talks on the drive in and back : )

My old job - working 7am until 9am with my breakfast club, dropping the 30 kids off at school, hopping on a bus to the other side of town to do special needs support teaching until 3pm, then hopping back on the bus to pick my after school club kids up until 6pm.

Not really a surprise I ended up physically frazzled with M.E., lol, but I loved it.
