Spreading the blatant prejudice that is inherent in trying to ban marriages for those who are not like you, does not honour the fallen, because any statement that gives one human being more rights than another is the beginnings of selecting a new master race.

Since you're an anarchist of the type that understands the truths of individual responsibility and freedom, I'm wondering what you think about what place, if any, a state even has in the religious ceremony of marriage? And is the rejection of state sanctification of sexual deviances such as polygomy, pedophelia, or paraphilia the same as a 'blatant prejudice?'

State and Religion need to be separated. There should be no religious opinion built into the laws of state. Any mutually consensual relationship between adults, or even groups of adults, should not be frowned on by the state.

However, when it comes to paedophilia, it is the state's responsibility to protect those who are either too young to know what they're getting into, or those who are being forced into something. This, to me, is an issue based more on the determination on when a child is old enough, and educated enough, to know what they're doing.

I can't comment on paraphilia because I don't know what that is :P

And that was an awesome question... Thank you!
