Physically, I have this knot in my back that's uncomfortable... Emotionally, I'm good :D

Not really sure. Think the feeling is called apprehensive. I feel stronger than usual. That alone is a good sign. But I sort of have that feeling that I am in the eye of the storm, and whatever grows beneath will come back stronger 10 fold.
