What is your favourite type of street food, and where do you get it?

The best stuff had to be in India... There was too much variety to pick a single favourite, and all of it was awesome, but special mention has to be made for Crepe vendors in Paris. Heaven!

Question inspired by sirenity, as are a lot of the questions I ask... :D
