Ada Lovelace Day

ayoubAda Lovelace Day is an international day of blogging (videologging, podcasting, comic drawing etc.!) to draw attention to the achievements of women in technology and science.
The person I most want to draw attention to is Dr. Mashhuda Glencross.
Among her many achievements, she initiated and played a significant role in the direction of the following project:
This had led to her becoming one of the few British women to get a paper published at ACM SIGGRAPH, and, combined with her volunteering efforts in that organisation has led to her being nominated to stand for Director at Large.
That, and she's my big sister :D
