Write a NOT poem in which you describe something and then give a lot of examples of what it is not.

Write a List Poem...
A list poem is a poem that is organized around a central idea: things of the same a colour, about which you have the same feeling, or things that go under the same label.

#three
Rewrite your current favourite song, and if you borrow lines from it, then put them in italics

Do any one or all... I'll do them when I get home :D

I'm not


I'm not sadistic, or masochistic
I'm not flippant, I'm not gay
though I may have a tendency
to be lazy, not watching what I say.

I'm not overly fantastic
not too picky, not demanding
though I may special order
just about anything and everything.

I'm quite a shop-a-holic
quite a spender, a pretender
many pairs of shoes to wear
with my red suspenders.

I might be a christian,
but I know I'm not a jew
I don't fit in with wiccans
who draw in monthly moonjuice.

I can read your fortune
in a cookie, or a tarot deck
but I can't read your palm,
just one more skill i lack.

I'm not hyper, I'm not shy
yet I'm quite reserved
taking things for granted
that I don't even deserve.

Lacking motivation,
an education
I'm viciously unambitious
but deliciously nutritious.
