What is the question you ask yourself most often?

My answer:

Am I worthy? I don't ask it in a pessimistic way though, I try to look at my actions, and the people I connect with, and wonder whether I am truly worthy of the caring and attention I receive, or whether my actions have reduced my self worth. If I feel I am not, or I have been reduced, then my next question is always; How can I be worthy?

I noticed that I ask myself "What if..." question a lot. Yes it's not exactly healthy to be thinking that way but I do it quite often. What if I never met him? What if I never moved back to VA? What if I decided to move to Europe? What if Jason gets out of jail and he comes after me? What ifs what ifs keeps on running over and over in my mind.
