Traditionally, in breadcrumbs and deep fried :)

But I prefer stir-fried

A lot of places in the US boil them (HEATHENS!CRETINS!), but my prefered method is steaming them with cheap beer with onions an Old Bay seasoning. Old Bay is the best with crustacians and chips!
