George W. Bush, so I could try and right as many wrongs as I could. Initiate pulling the troops out, sending in peacekeeping aid workers, repeal intrusive legislation etc. I know one day isn't enough time to do a lot, but I could do some, and cause a bunch of mischief and slow him down in further stupid mistakes he is aiming to make.
Oh, I know, and right before my last hour was up, I would legally resign, that way there would be no way when the real Dubya came back he could undo any of the good I had done.
I would also send apology letters to all the countries he has pisses off and set up an 'American Travel Abroad' program to get more Americans out into the world so they can have a less insular view of the world.
