Day 77

Searching for the words
so many dance around me
each buoyant with the energy
of the thought behind them
So many feelings behind my eyes
images overlapping
spinning into kaleidoscope
of vibrant colour
I can't get a grip
I am overwhelmed
by the war between heart and mind
and my soul is silent
I must wait
explore each thought and image
with patience and rest
and find the ones to make my soul sing
