What's really perplexing is that hard core (I'm talking Fred Phelps) "Christians" claim that when Jesus died on the cross, all the "old laws" were null and void because His ultimate sacrifice cleansed mankind. Yet, they will still cite Old Testament when it comes to homosexuality.
Religion (and by that I mean the manmade institutions) is probably the most dangerous weapon man has ever created.
people have to realize that in this everchanging world rules from a thousand years ago just don't apply. If you are going to be ignorant and follow one outdated rule just because something makes you feel "icky" then you should have to follow them all.
nope that is the point. We find slavery horrible but it is condoned by the bible, we find murder and sacrifice bad but the bible is down with that stuff. People wont do those things but will hate and discriminate against a group of people who are genetically wired to like the same sex.
People need to wake up and smell the ignorance. We are all people, we should stop the hate and work on making this world the best place it can be.
