I am aware the judgement happens, and I judge people constantly, but do I fear it? Not really, because people's opinions matter jack to me. I figure my friends are people who like me for who I am, one way or another. And I don't fear their judgements either. I are who I are, and if there is a problem with that, it's not mine. That's the freedom in which I reside.
