Heh... I'd say that people who believe they've led a good life may fear it less... the cynical side of me may think they're in denial about it, but the optimist usually overrules that :D
Mind you, I was being clinical about my answer because as homo sapien is a social animal, I truly believe that the fear of judgment is a visceral and hardwired part of the human condition. I do take comfort in the optimistic point of view, though. ;)
