Pillows, a blanket, my favorite movie perhaps, along with some food if I can eat. And honestly, snuggle with me. Just to be there and having someone take care of me would be comforting since I live alone... for now. I don't NEED someone to comfort me when I am sick, but it sure does sound nice.
