For me romance isn't a one time deal. It's little things often and every once in a while . . . something mind blowing.
It's different little things. . . little things that are just expressions of someone's love for me. . . but uniquely THAT PERSON.
If two people gave me roses, and one did it all the time, and did it because it was just the thing to do, it would mean little to me.
If the other did it on a whim, just because he loved me, and just wanted to do it. . . and he found some roses that were just breathtaking TO HIM. . . wow. . . that's something.
AMEN to what you just said. My hubby is just sweet enough to keep it interesting! He randomly buys me flowers or teddy bears (I collect them). I never know when he's going to do it-- it's sweet and romantic! :o)
I also appreciate the fact that he makes time to call me from work everyday.
