How do you decide who to make friends with?

I'm pretty easy going and laid back. I'm open to anyone who wishes to be friends. If we click then I've made a new friend and if we don't click then unfortunately I won't make an effort or go out of my way to stay in touch. I'll talk and be civil and friendly but it won't be a close friendship.
