Me too. I hate the metric system, it doesn't make sense to me. I like my pounds, ounces, inches and feet. And don't get me started on "kilos" instead of stones...

See, I just don't get pounds and ounces and stones. If you tell me someone weighs so many stone, I have no idea whether that's severley underweight or obese. Metric makes more sense.

Canada has both .. we can buy bananas by the pound or by the gram. We switched to metric YEARS ago, but it's a very slow process to phase out the imperial system. Doesn't the UK use kilometers though?
