Let them do the talking, and only as a few questions here and there to let them know you're sharp and paying attention. People think you're "agreeable" and you have less of a chance to put your foot in your mouth. The best interviews I've had have been where the interviewer yacked the whole time

I always make sure to look them straight in the eyes when answering- so they don't think I'm lying about anything. LOL

It works for me! I've been told I seem to be an honest person! *cough*
