While I could happily fill myself on fried potatoes and lamb, I am not a chilli fan. This is one dish that didn't make me want to lick my monitor. I settled for stroking half the picture instead. :)

i have a huge kitchen in my new apartment so there is a first time for everything.

Shallots are awesome, just peel them and put them in wit your roast when it's about half done... They have a delicate, sweet flavour :D

The tuna was simply one tin of tuna, half a tin of beans, a handful of sweetcorn, and somehot chilli sauce, all popped into a pan with a little oil, and heated through...

The lamb was stir fried in some ginger, garlic, chilli powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, salt and pepper, with half shallots.

Heh, no real recipes, just one of those things I throw together when I'm lazy :P
