If I was coming over to visit you, what would you cook for me, or where would we go eat?

First you'd get the third degree grilling from me:
Things you are allergic to ? Can't eat/won't eat ? Would rather avoid if given a choice ? All the way down to spices...

Considering the pictures of dishes you have posted in the past, I think I would let you tell me what ingredients to get and I would let you do the cooking. ;)

I would definitely be taking you out (big surprise there, no?), and I'd most likely take you to Sidewheeler (http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g54187-d436316-r5979454-Sidewheeler_Restaurant-Conway_South_Carolina.html) in my little town. If not there, then probably Thoroughbreds (http://www.thoroughbredsrestaurant.com/). Two that are at least worth the time and money. :)

Easy. Maryland steamed crabs. (Only a troglodyte would boil a crab.)

Geez, this is a tough one being that you make such yummy food. I would probably have to make a cuban dish for you and then give ya some cuban coffee.
*hugs*

I would hope that you would come for a long enough visit that there would be time for both!!! So the answer is yes.

Well.........on the first night we'd eat at home. As it's you, I'd probably make whatever I'm fooling around with at the moment - Pureed summer courgette soup with yogurt, herb & Parmesan cheese muffins, followed by boned leg of lamb stuffed with a mushroom duxelle and roast potatoes. Dessert at the moment is ginger flavoured custard fool with rhubarb puree.
P.S. This will probably be my Christmas menu for this year.

On the 2nd night I'd take you to my friend Bill's Italian restaurant La Perla which has been voted the best Italian restaurant in Estonia. Bill is an ex-FBI agent who grew up helping his family run a Sicilian-American restaurant in Boston's North End and if we're lucky and he's around he'll tell us stories of his life.

Chicken lo mein or fried chicken, depending on how you feel about Chinese food. They're both a little more labor-intensive than I like for everyday fare, but they're perfect for a special occasion.

I'd have to try something English/Indian, like ginger glazed roast beef with cardamom Yorkshire pudding... or maybe just curried bangers and mash:)

Ew! Yes they do Sushi. I'm not a lover of fish. The presentation of the meal is beautiful. I love it there. I only ever eat Miso Ramen or Katsudon. My brother is the adventurous one when it comes to trying new foods so I get to try a little bit of his to see if I like it and then I'll have a another dish to add to my list of things I love from there.

Yes. You should just for the food! It's called The Ichiban Sushi and Noodle Bar Japanese Restaurant. I know we have a couple of them here in Wales. You could do a search and see if there's any near you.
