Would you rather push yourself and learn from failure, or stay steady and fail less often?

Perfectionist - yes indeedy.

I have heard that old adage, but you know what .. I find I learn more about bitterness from failure than the positives. I know we must fail to be humble and to not take things for granted. I just don't like it at all. There has to be a better way to learn and be humble and grateful for what we do have and can accomplish, then failure.

With writing, especially, the only way to learn is to push yourself, and explore new ideas in different ways...

I don't mind the pushing hon as you know. If I get pushed, I simply push back. ;)

I would gladly push you and get pushed back...

in mud ;)

Seriously though, I do like to push myself as far as I can go... And I can never say no to a challenge!

It depends on the challenge for me and who is issuing it. I can always leave challenges and not be phased. It has to have some greater meaning for me, you know.

Yes, that I can understand...

I find it easier to project and feel, as you know :)

I do leave some challenges, especially when I'm going through a lull in writing, or creativity...
