They've definitely been one of the hardest done by by the refs... I mean, 2 penalties not given against the Croats, plus the three yellows for a red, and so many blatant dives by the Italians were given free kicks... The Aussies were honest enough not to roll over twice every time they got touched like the Italians have always done... I mean, if tripping over someone in the box means a penalty, then the Socceroos should have had a couple!
I really hate it when a referee decides a game, as opposed to the players...
I just dislike when a team is singled out for no reason by someone who doesn't have an informed opinion. YES each of us follow our various teams but there is no reason to try and smear or have a go at a team just because someone thinks they can.
