Hmmm...only little things, really. Like Rachael & Amy flying in tonight rather than tomorrow, an invitation to a birthday party from a friend I haven't heard from in a while and miss.

How 'bout you, doll?

Honestly? Being in a good mood for 6 days straight. Sure the news of Steve Irwin made me sad, but I was still in a good mood and have been for a while and that truly is odd for me... LOL. For sometimes I dwell on the not so great things in life and they get me down, but lately, that hasn't been happening.

So yes, that is what has surprised me recently.

A real gentle guy, I've met today...We took a taxi together (don't even ask me how come, I really don't know myself, he paid for me, that was kinda embarrassing, but sweet. He surprised me. I feel myself kinda stupid and sorry that we didn't even ask the names...
Heh...Anyway,that was nice. Really.

At The Risk Of Sounding Corny...

The realization of how much love and forgiveness there truly is in the world.

There was a point where I was sure I'd screwed my life up so bad that I'd never have a chance, but "big" things and "little" things keep happening to show me how responsive and affirmative the Universe is.

It's delightful to be continually surprised at how things have a way of working themselves out for the best. It's strengthened my faith immeasurably.
