Hi. My fav. boss was Jon.He showed me how to manage people with a real respect. He also tought me a basis knowledge of progect management. And for some reason I was given off by him and was promoted on the next grade of my career when I didn't even try to be better than I was. He sees something in people and he pushes them to jump over their heads. Very polite, very good all around. Unfortunately I left that company for bigger money, stupid me. And we didn't work together too much, so there is no way back:( He now probably thinks that I am seeking just for money...Stupid me. My fav. teacher was my father and my brother in law is. Both wise, calm, silent and very respectful to people. My dad was teaching me verbally and by his deeds. And my brother in law just teach me by his existing. Amazing people. Yours?
