Not having somewhere to escape to would be terrifying for me...

there is no where in doors for me to escape too, there is no where at work or aroud work unless i go to a pub or something with colleagues, but no where that i can go to to be alone with thoughts etc.

Heh, back when I was married, I'd lock myself away in the bathroom or the study for a while :P
