You know, now that we've managed to distill it some, I'd much rather win than be right because if you're wrong, you can learn from it (which explains my casual attitude about being wrong); but once you've lost, you are always a loser. Being wrong only affects your intellect, but loosing affects your spirit.

Remember the asshole bad-boys that always wrecked their dad's trucks while drinking beer that always got the hottest chicks in high school?
Remember those shit heads that always wanted to show how big their dicks were by starting a fight at the clubs? What did they do after getting thrown out of the bar? Grab some college girl say something like, "Damn you look hot! Let's go find a party!" go to some shit-hole roach and laundry infested frat house, put on the latest indy-rock CD, get faux-deep for about five minutes to show his sensitive side and fuck.
